How to Register

Complete an application:

Please select and print the appropriate PDF files shown below.

If you do not currently have Auction Access, please click on the link below to download the "Full Dealer Application".

If you do currently have Auction Access, please click on the link below to download the "Quick Dealer Application".

You can pre-register by mailing or faxing the following information to us. If you fax, please submit originals to us when you come to the auction. When you arrive, we will complete your application at the registration office, issue your photo ID Card(s) and explain our auction's procedures and answer any questions you may have.

Complete the Application.
Sign the Bank Letter.
Provide:

a. Copy of State Dealer's License.
b. Copy of driver's license(s) for you and your authorized representatives.
c. copy of your dealership's check from the bank account that you will be using to conduct business at the auction.
Sign the Power of Attorney Form.
A check in the amount of $50 is required for Application processing.

AANE Payment Information:

Payment is due on day of sale.

Certified Check
Cashier's Check
Business Check (Your application must be approved for check writing privileges.) Approval process takes between 5 and 10 business days.

Wiring information:please call the accounting department for wiring instructions at 603.437.5700. (There is an additional $40 charge for international wires.
