How to Register
Complete an application:
Please select and print the appropriate PDF files shown below.
If you do not currently have Auction Access, please click on the link below to download the "Full Dealer Application".
If you do currently have Auction Access, please click on the link below to download the "Quick Dealer Application".
You can pre-register by mailing or faxing the following information to us. If you fax, please submit originals to us when you come to the auction. When you arrive, we will complete your application at the registration office, issue your photo ID Card(s) and explain our auction's procedures and answer any questions you may have.
- Complete the Application.
- Sign the Bank Letter.
- Provide:
- a. Copy of State Dealer's License.
- b. Copy of driver's license(s) for you and your authorized representatives.
- c. copy of your dealership's check from the bank account that you will be using to conduct business at the auction.
- Sign the Power of Attorney Form.
- A check in the amount of $50 is required for Application processing.

The Government Services Administration (GSA) has contracted with AANE to sell government driven vehicles and some seized vehicles. After 18 years of holding dealer exclusive auctions, the Auto Auction of New England has opened its doors for both dealers and the public.
During the course of the year, GSA will be selling it's vehicles one of two ways. "In-Lane" sales will be held on the fourth Thursday of each month starting at 1:15. Vehicles can be previewed on the preceding Wednesday from 10am until 7pm and on sale day starting at 11am. With "In-Lane" sales the vehicles are driven through the lane and can also be purchased online via Auction Pipeline (dealers only) during the sale. Dealers who wish to purchase vehicles via Auction Pipeline must register with AANE Dealer Registration prior to the sale for access if they have not done so before. The dates for these sales have been listed below for your convenience.
GSA may also have an "Online" sale. With these sales the vehicles are not driven through the lane, previewed or sold on Auction Pipeline. "Online" sales have a separate registration from Auction Pipeline and a direct portal to register and bid from this page. The portal will only be available when GSA is having an "Online" sale. "Online" sales are open to both dealers and the public. Schedules for these sales will be posted on this page with as much notice as possible.
